I graduated from the University of Winnipeg in Canada with a B.A in Kinesiology and Athletic therapy in 2007. Since then I have been lucky enough to work in a mix of clinical physical therapy, wellness and private personal fitness settings. As a sports and movement therapist in Canada, my main area of work was in exercise and injury recovery and rehabilitation.

I have a strong background in wellness, yoga, Pilates, and strength and fitness training. I have been an Ashtanga yoga and Pilates practitioner for nearly twenty years. I have had great success by complimenting my yoga practice with resistance training for both myself and my clients.

I love working one to one with my clients. I really enjoy using a mix of Ashtanga yoga, Pilates and athletic/strength training in my fitness sessions. I have an immense interest in living an optimal lifestyle in regard to health and fitness, and my holistic approach of bringing a mix of these disciplines really helps my clients with their health, fitness and lifestyle goals.
