Hi, my name is Klaudia I'm originally from Poland but I lived in Scotland for the past 7 years where I worked as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach and Zumba Instructor.

Since school age, I've been passionate about sports, participating in many athletic competitions including volleyball, marathon running and long jump.

Then I was introduced to weight training which became my favourite sport. Lifting weights and resistance training rapidly improved my physique like nothing before, I gained strength, improved my body composition and felt confidence in my body. Many women believe lifting weights will make them bulky, this is not true. Weight training will change your body, making you lean, "toned" and strong.

I have worked with variety of clients, both one-on-one and online, all with different abilities and goals. I use my personal experience and knowledge to help them improve their body composition by losing body fat whilst simultaneously building muscle.

I really want to help others, particularly women, to feel the confidence that comes from being strong and lean.

I will ensure your training is enjoyable, challenging and effective. Whether you want to focus on physique or general health I will provide you with the best service that will suit your personal goals.
